Your Mission

- You’ll be the architect of Legend’s L&D strategy, ensuring it evolves alongside our business strategy.
- You’ll influence at the leadership level while also shaping on-the-ground experiences that empower employees and drive high performance
- You’ll lead the design and implementation of learning frameworks, technologies, and innovative approaches that enable scalable leadership, technical, and capability development

- L&D Strategy & Alignment: Lead the creation of a cohesive learning and development strategy that aligns directly with Legend’s business objectives and people priorities. Translate organizational goals into a clear, scalable roadmap for capability building, ensuring our learning investments deliver measurable business outcomes.
- Design & Curation of Learning Interventions: Build and evolve signature programs and initiatives—such as Early Leadership Development, Manager Capabilities, Feedback, and Performance Management—that address critical skill needs. Act as a strategic advisor to senior leaders, curating and securing specialist solutions where needed (e.g., Mandatory Learning, Technical Skills).
- Driving Culture Change: Play a pivotal role in embedding learning as a core part of Legend’s culture, shaping and evolving organizational behaviors to align with our values and strategic vision.
- Facilitation & Delivery: Facilitate high-impact learning experiences, while also empowering managers and leaders to embed development into everyday work practices.
- Continuous Improvement & Innovation: Use data, learner feedback, and industry best practices to continuously improve and evolve programs. Champion innovative approaches—including social learning, digital-first experiences, and emerging methodologies—to keep Legend at the forefront of modern learning.
- Data & Insights: Leverage data (e.g., skills audits, training needs analyses, engagement metrics) to identify priority capability areas, measure impact, and define long-term learning journeys that future-proof our workforce.
- Budget Administration: Partner with the Head of People Experience and CPO to strategically allocate the learning budget, ensuring resources are deployed effectively and external services are brokered at favorable value.
- AI & Technology in Learning: Explore and integrate AI-powered tools and other technologies within our LMS and learning ecosystem to enhance personalization, scale virtual delivery, and enable data-driven decision-making. Champion the role of technology in creating future-fit, tech-enabled learning experiences.
