We believe learning and development should run through the culture of a business, and it definitely does here. You’ll have a learning budget of $150 each year to spend on your development. Sabbatical

After 4 years of service, you have a 2-week sabbatical in addition to your annual leave, plus CAD $5,750 (gross) to spend. How awesome is that?

Sick Days: You are allocated 5 paid sick days per year, prorated for partial years.
Extended Sick Days: Some things are out of our own control! For extenuating circumstances, such as recovery from surgery, you may be entitled to an additional 10 paid sick days.

Not an immediate one that springs to mind when we think about benefits, but if you do pass away whilst still employed with us, a tax-free payment will be made to whoever you would like to receive it, and you can split it into as many beneficiaries (nominated people) as you want.

Our office is based in Halifax, Nova Scotia. When you come in, you’ll find free tea, coffee and a stocked fridge. Comfy couches and themed breakout rooms give our team a space to connect and collaborate. The office features an open work concept with sit-stand workstations. We have a sports-themed vibe which includes our "bleacher" area where we can gather as a whole group for meetings and/or announcements.
We still have the flexibility to work from home – because we know that it’s important to strike that balance between home and work.
